Step 1: Book your visit
Pick a barber on the booking page, then choose a service and a time. Say it is your first visit and your barber will leave a few extra minutes for the talk before the cut.

Step 2: What to bring
A photo of a cut you like helps, on your phone or printed. If you have a cowlick, a part or a spot you don't want touched, point it out.

Step 3: When you arrive
Come to the street door on Tabb Street, ring the bell marked B and come up. Arrive on time rather than early; the waiting area has two seats.

Step 4: What to expect
Your barber looks at your hair, agrees the cut with you, then cuts and finishes it. Most visits run between 30 and 60 minutes, and the menu shows each service's time.
