Suite etiquette and policies
Two barbers share one room. A few habits keep it calm for both chairs.
Arriving at the suite
Ring the bell marked B at the street door on Tabb Street and we will buzz you up. Arrive on time rather than early, because the waiting area has two seats. Keep your phone on quiet and take calls on the street; the other chair is usually mid-cut.
Walk-ins and same-day times
We do not take walk-ins; every chair is booked. A few same-day times open each morning, so text (804) 555-0104 after 8 a.m. to ask. If a cut runs long, your barber texts you, because waits vary.
Booking
Book on either barber's link. Every cut is by appointment, and there is no deposit to hold your time. The booking page shows your barber's prices before you confirm.
Canceling and running late
Please give us 24 hours to move or cancel; a text is fine. Your barber holds your time for 10 minutes after it starts. After that it may go to the next client, and we will help you find another.
If you miss an appointment
If you miss a time without telling us, we will text to help you rebook. After more than one missed visit we may ask you to confirm by text the day before.
Children and companions
Children are welcome from their first cut, with a parent in the room and a booster seat in the chair. The room is small, so please bring one companion at most.
If a cut isn't right
Tell us within a week and your barber will look at it and fix what can be fixed.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. Leave one in cash or add it when you pay by card; it goes to the barber who cut your hair.
